Not working

It says command or option is recognized for first suggestion, For second, it says insufficient arguments.

I tried to run as namgr.exe run "Blank.nsf" 'Excel to NSF'. It gives error as unable to write pid.nsf, unable to open log.nsf...


It runs when the domino is down.
